Sick Leave and Personal Days
Seven days of sick leave per year with a max rollover accumulation of 15 along with 2 personal days per year.
Teacher Work Days
Paid teacher work days for additional preparation and planning.
Health Coverage Supplement
Full-time employees receive a supplement in each paycheck that can be used for a health insurance plan of their choice.
Paid Holidays
During holiday breaks, full-time faculty receive paid time off.

Westgate Christian School has a family atmosphere. The administration has been so supportive. Mrs. Grab [our principal] goes out of her way to help her staff.
