Westgate Christian School offers morning Extended Care from 7:00 to 7:25 AM for students in grades K5-12 only (due to DSS regulations).

Charges for this service are as follows:
• Daily $2.50 per student/per morning billed through FACTS
• One-time fee of $400 for the entire year billed through FACTS

Westgate Christian School offers afternoon Extended Care as an optional service offered to assist parents who
are unable to pick up their children by 3:20 PM. At 3:20 PM, all students left unsupervised will be automatically
placed in Extended Care and may be picked up and signed out there.

Charges for this service are assessed based upon the time in Extended Care at a rate of
• $3.75 for the 1st 40 minutes until 4:00 PM
• Additional $3.00 from 4:01 PM to 4:30 PM
• Additional $3.00 from 4:31 PM to 5:00 PM
• Additional $3.00 from 5:01 PM to 5:30 PM
• Family cap of $30.00 a day until 5:30 PM
• All students must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM or a fee of $1.00/minute/child after 5:30 PM will be
charged.

• Financial Aid $500 scholarship per enrolled student
• Multi-student scholarship for full-time students: If qualified, this is a $250 compounding scholarship for each child beginning with the second (Ex. 2nd student receives a scholarship of $250, 3rd receives $500, 4th receives $750, etc. with a cap of $2500)

*To qualify for these scholarships, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Apply for ESTF scholarship and receive denial letter. You will be required to upload the denial letter to the application for the scholarship.
2. Apply and qualify for the Financial Aid Scholarship through FACTS.

• A link to access this application and an information sheet will be available beginning mid March.
• The Scholarship application fee is $45. Proof of income will be required. This application is processed through FACTS Grant and Aid which maintains your financial privacy (not viewable by WCS Faculty/Staff)
• These scholarship funds are limited and will be awarded until funds are depleted.

• Referred families must never have attended WCS.
• New applicants must list referring family on the application or open house registration.
• Current families who refer new families to an open house receive $20 worth of lunch vouchers for each new family who attends the event.
• Current families whose referrals complete the application and enrollment process will receive a $50 credit to their school account.
• Current families, alumni, faculty and staff (past and present) who refer a new family who enrolls in WCS and stays enrolled for 3/4 of the year will receive a $50 gift card.
